Wiki Lower Trapezial Transfer for failed rotator cuff repair

The physician is planning on surgical arthroscopy with lower Trapezial transfer for a failed rotator cuff repair. I am trying to find the correct code to get preauthorized, so I do not have an operative note to go by. Does anyone know the proper way to code this procedure?

This would be 23395, as it is a single tendon transfer about the shoulder.
