Does anyone know what the first order branch of venous lower extremity is? That would be great if you have a picture of it.

Many thanks

From a right transfemoral approach:

Right Common Iliac - 36005
IVC - 36010
LT Common Iliac - 36011
LT Internal Iliac - 36012
LT External Iliac - 36012
LT Common Femoral - 36012
LT Profunda Femoral - 36012
LT Superficial Femoral - 36012
LT Greater Saphenous - 36012
LT Popliteal - 36012
LT Lesser Saphenous - 36012
Paired Anterior Tibial - 36012
Paired Peroneal - 36012
Paired Posterior Tibial - 36012

Basically, you have one first order vessel, the common iliac, and then the rest of the leg is second order.
