In regards to staged procedures:

If the patient in brought back in to do the opposite leg, say within a month or so fo the 1st leg being done, I know the angiograms are incluisive since they are really not diagnostic since they were just done and a known occlusion is there.

What if the second leg isn't done until 3 or 4 months later? Is it ok to code the angiograms at this point?

If the 2nd procedure is planned at the time of the first procedure this would still be considered staged and the angiograms would still be included.
