Help

It is not possible to code this without an OP report, but I will give you some guidance about where to look.

1. 76937 is used for US guidance for vascular access. See CPT code description for billing requirements as all must be met to use the code.
2-5 Angio is billed based on catheter placement and reason for imaging. It cannot always be billed with interventions. There are guidelines available in the radiology section. DO NOT code for catheter selection in the same vessel as an intervention. Also, I would query the physician about the selective aortography. The Aorta is a non-selective vessel. See appendix L regarding vascular families.
6-7 see guidelines for 37252 and 37253
8-10 see 37227. There is a whole page of guidelines in this section. Memorize them!
11 Closure is not separately billable with interventions.

Peripheral coding is very complex and If you have no one available to teach you, I recommend investing in some books.

I hope this helps
