Wiki loop recorder remote checks

we perform these remote checks from the physicians office and are going to start using CPT 93298 and 93299 but in the 2018 CPT book these are marked as telemedicine. Will Medicare pay for these services? has anybody had any luck using these CPTs and getting reimbursed?
