Wiki Loop cautery of polyp

I am coding a report that lists a loop cautery polypectomy of a rectal polyp. How is this different from a snare technique and what CPT code do you use?

I've always thought that the loop cautery is using a snare. So 45385.
Anyone else have ideas?
