Worked in a Hospital setting for 20 years 10 of them medical coder looking for advice I have my CPC certification with no luck in finding a job should I be looking for more schooling ?
When I looked, I used indeed, glassdoor, ziprecruiter, linkedin, monster, AAPC and careerbuilders. The only one I tried I do NOT recommend is Mommy Jobs Online.
Keep trying and don't give up if you're serious about landing your next job!
I would flood the job sites around your area and make sure your resume is top-notch. Don't forget about that Cover Letter too (although some companies don't want/request one).
With that much experience, you might even consider applying for a remote coding position too.
Best of luck, job hunting can be hard and discouraging, it can be worth it in the end!
