Hi
I was working for a medical billing company remotely doing AR and charge entry for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery centers in the Chicago area. I had been having many issues with them putting modifier 59 on every CPT code billed. I don't think this is right and they have told me there is nothing I can do to change there minds. They don't have a Compliance Officer since they are a small company.
I am looking for remote billing work in Dermatology and or Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. I am a Reimbursement Specialist and know my way around Nextech EMR and utilize clearing houses Trizetto and Xclaims. I know the proper use of modifiers, CPT and ICD-10. I have been working in the Dermatology medical billing for the past twelve years.
I really hope I can find a new job with an established provider base. Please feel free to message me for my resume.
Thank you
