Two things: 58340, 76831, 76376 are the cpt codes the doctors will be providing and billers will be entering....
That being said, first case scenario is .... should -58 be added to a repeat of this procedure in the post operative timeframe, since the physician will be looking to see if all adhesions were lysed?
second case scenario: I need the most appropriate icd 10's to use for a case being done to check tubal patency FOLLOWING an ectopic pregnancy...I'm looking at doing a post op, Z09 with ectopic O00.10 diagnoses. Would this be appropriate to do since there are no "true" signs or symptoms????
Thank You!
