I'm just wondering here, so I have my CPC and yet it is still so hard to find a career and start a job with coding as the main criteria. If I'm lucky to find a job with an interview that would be a coder I am asked to take another coding exam for 2 hours and pass it to land the job.. seriously? We just took a hard exam to get credentialed and become a CPC yet another exam to prove what? I mean I'm certified and aware of the ins and out of coding but we don't have codes memorized? what more are these employers expecting after being certified? Please someone make this make sense and guide me to where I should apply. Desperately searching !
