I know this may be a long shot, but I am needing help getting my MSP claims paid. I also bill for a rural health clinic which makes things a bit more complicated. My claims keeping returning to me, and I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. I have attended the Medicare class on MSP, which was not very helpful. Any guidance or direction on what to do next would be greatly appreciated.
 
I do coding in a RHC and have some knowledge about claims. Why do they keep getting returned to you? There should be a RTP reason code
