Looking for a cpt code for:

A resectoscope was assembled using a visual obturator was inserted into the bladder. Using a standard 24 cutting loop, an incision was made in the right lobe of the prostate. I was greeted immediately with a creamy fluid emanating from a well-defined abscess cavity. This was clearly the cavity that was found on the CT scan. The area was drained and irrigated using the resectoscope. At this point the resectoscope was withdrawn

Thinking 52450 or 52700???
