Wiki Locum Tenems billing

We have had providers leave our practice and have hired locums, our providers have been gone for some time now, and we have been unable to replace them with permenant doctors, so we keep rotating locum tenems. How long are we allowed to keep doing this under the providers that are no longer employed with our practice?
