Can someone point me to documentation on rules for billing Locum for Anesthesia? Our Anesthesiologist is no longer with us and we are using locum while interviewing for new one. I know that one can only bill for 60 days and then another for 30 days for a total of 90 days for MD in office setting. Is this the same for anesthesiologist?
