Wiki Lithotripsy simulation

The doctor performed placement of a right ureteral stent then transferred the patient to the lithotripsy table. Fluoroscopy was performed and the calculus was not visualized so the full ESWL was not performed. How would this be coded?

My thoughts are
52332 - RT
74420 - 26

Just bill 52332-RT

74420-26 is for the retrograde and you do not state that this was done plus some insurances do not pay 74420 for the urologist. Denial is for "Provider Type"

Fluroscopy is bundled with the stent insertion. Years ago insurances paid for the 76000-26 but now they deny that.
