Wiki List of DX that require Last Menstrual Period for OB?

Does anyone have a list of diagnosis that require the last menstrual period to be added to the claim? I am trying to find a link/print out/ something on Medicaid website that shows a list of dx that need LMP added for OB patients. I appreciate anyones help! Thank you !

As far as I know it is not a diagnosis that requires a LMP but a procedure, such as Delivery, or Postpartum visit.

As of right now, we are getting denials for missing LMP on claims. We always add the LMP on deliveries but we are getting denials for them for ultrasounds, pregnancy tests also and now even for pregnant woman going to the ED ??
