Wiki Limited to Four Diagnoses Per Claim

Hello. I am working with an ambulatory CDI team and recently found out that our system (EPIC) limits the claim to four diagnoses. Has anyone else experienced this and created a solution? Thank you.

It was discussed here but not sure if anyone actually had the solution. Seems Epic or your Epic analyst would be the one to ask?
