Dr. had to take the patient back to the operating room 1 day after her intial surgery because of substantial venous bleeding coming from a small branch of the saphenous vein. The vein was cauterized and a hematoma was removed from the posterior compartement of the leg. The only code that I can find that relates to this is code 37700...HELP!!!
