On same day, following a cesarean, patient was taken back to the OR for an opening of incision and ligation of superficial skin bleeder.

Any suggestions on coding for this?

"....Three staples were taken out. There was one bleeding point in subcutaneous tissue that was popping. This was ligated using 2 figure-of-eight sutures of 2-0 chromic. Hemostasis maintained. The skin was re-stapled."

Thanks!
Jennifer
