Wiki LICSW providing non-emergency transportation

Hi,
I am new to mental health coding/billing and the LICSW that I work for thinks that she can bill for providing transportation services to one of her clients. She drives her to doctor's appointments and the food pantry. Does anyone have any information on that? I have found HCPCS codes but I'm not sure if they are reimbursable. Any help will be appreciated.
