I am trying to determine where ordering certain blocks would fall in the table of risk for medical decision making.
For example: the level of risk shows discography as a "high" level of risk? What makes it high? Would CPT 64483 also fall under high or would that be moderate under management options???? What about ordering a Spinal Cord Stimulator? Urrrgggg so confusing!!!!
If anyone has some expertise on this subject or can point me in the direction to research, I would greatly appreciate it!!!!
