Does anyone have a good letter that can be used for any payor when after a review/audit you discover you have to pay money back? I am especially looking for one that satifies the PPACA requirement that explains the reason for the overpayment. I was searching to see if our organization had one that I could modify and to my surprise, I have to create one from scratch! So, looking to see what anyone else has done.
