Question, I am not sure what has changed in 2013 but I can't get my excision, complex repair and tissue transfer codes to get paid.

Before, I would use Mod 59, and or 51.. any idea as to whats going on?

It would depend on why they are denying. If they do not meet the NCD/LCD guidelines that could be why. Let me know the denial and I can look into it.
