I am hoping someone can help me I am having trouble trying to figure out how to convert a lesion measuring of 51 X 24 X 14 mm into cm? can you please show me you came to answer so that i will understand??

There are 10 millimeters in a centimeter. So 5.1cmx2.4cmx1.4cm

so do I add them all together to get the complete lesion

No, you would use the largest measurement 5.1, you can add in any margins that the physician has documented also. Example 5.1 cm + .5 cm margins would be 6.1 cm total.
