The doctor removed a lesion from the parapharyngeal space near the base of the skull via neck incision and mandibleostomy, the coder coded 42890 for partial pharyngectomy and 21198 for osteotomy of mandible, but the pharynx wasn't touched the space adjacent to it... any suggestions on an appropriate code for the lesion removal? some previous suggestions were 21556 -57, 61575. Thank you
