:confused:does anyone know the code for Left medial pattello femoral reconstruction with Gracilis tendon autograft? do you code the autograft as an additional code. this is on a patient who had a previous fulkerson procedure but is now having a recurrent instability of the patella.

I use 27427 for MPFL (you can look at 27422 as well). Where was graft taken from?
