I am looking for an easier way for finding LCD/policy changes. I just missed an LCD change effective 5/1/14 for transforaminal injections. I try to go onto the Medicare website and look at the LCD drafts so I will know what is coming down the pike, so to speak. But I find I just do not have enough time to do it on a regular basis. Anyone have any good ideas?

Your local Medicare carrier should have draft policy section and you could potentially just browse from their site, the pertinent LCDs at the end of each month to try to catch any new policies changes coming. Just setting a routine time you going to check and trying to follow. Also you can sign up for the local Medicare carrier's email feed that has news and potentially an alert of LCDs that they are going to release. The email can be the easiest if they have that function/alert.
