Happy Friday Fellow Shoulder Coders!!!

I am wondering what code to use for a Latarjet procedure. One colleague suggested 23462-22. I am wondering if there are any other codes that could be included. The physician is asking about muscle transfer, ORIF of the glenoid and arthroscopic debridement.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
