Hi-I was wondering if anyone would be able to assist me in coding the Laser Treatment of an Ileal Conduit Stricture. As you may know the purpose of an Ileal Conduit is to perform as the Bladder for the Patient after the original bladder has been removed. I was thinking of using an Unlisted CPT Code, based on the fact that the "actual" bladder is abscent-surgically. If I were to use an unlisted CPT would you use the Unlisted Code for the Bladder or the Intestine-since the actual bladder is no longer present and we're treating a portion of the intestine..(I may be thinking to far into that part
