Hello! I am new to posting so thank you in advance for any guidance!

My surgeon did a laparoscopic incision and drainage of an infected hematoma located in the retroperitoneum following a gastrectomy. He then placed a 40 cm nasogastric tube along with two 15-French Blake drains. How would I accurately code for the NG tube and Blake drains?
