Wiki Laparoscopic Colpopexy and Cystocele (anterior) and Rectocele (posterior) repair

I am coding a case where this repair, Cystocele (anterior) and Rectocele (posterior), was done completely laparoscopically. There was no posterior incision in the vagina to complete the repair. I cannot find a Laparoscopic equivalent to 57260. I do see a 57423 but that only includes a lap repair of cystocele. Should I use an unlisted code? If so which one? Help !!
