I am looking for a CPT code for the ligation of duct of Luschka? I have coded the Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy 47562. Here is the op report.

Preoperative Diagnosis: Chronic cholecystectomy with cholelithiasis.
Postoperative Diagnosis: Chronic cholecystectomy with cholelithiasis.

Operative Procedure: Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, ligation of duct of Luschka.

Findings
Gallbladder was small stones and a large emanating from the posterior wall of the impacted small stones in the duct.

Procedure
The gallbladder was grasped and placed on tension. The cystic duct and artery are isolated, triply clipped proximally and distally, and divided between. The gallbladder was removed from its bed using the cautery. Upon 3/4 removal, there was a large duct emanating from the posterior wall of the gallbladder fossa that had dripping bile and small stones. This was cleared of stones and triply clipped with ligament____________clip. After this the remainder of the gallbladder dissection was carried out, removal of the gallbladder fossa. Gallbladder was placed into a retrieval bag and pulled forth from the umbilical port. After irrigation, irrigation removed, trocars removed, de-insufflation, wounds were closed with 0 Vicryl for the fascia, 4-0 for the skin, and Steri-strips were applied.
