hello,
what would be the code for- Laparoscope (Diagnostic) and Other (Repair of uterine perforation and pelvic irrigation and evacuation of hemoperitoneum. Removal of Bakri balloon)

pt was having bleeding - had a D/C done in office - due to bleeding a balloon was inserted - but had to be removed -
if no code- I could use and unlisted- what would be a comparable code? thanks
