My physician preformed a laparoscopic removal of the uterine horn and salpingectomy. My quandary is to use 58571-52 or 58578 and 58661. The patient had a unicornuate uterus. There was no pregnancy, just the excision of the LT tube and Lt horn. The rest of the uterus is left in place. Any ideas?
