Wiki lap chole with open liver wedge biopsy

Has anyone have experience with this code combination? Physician performs lap chole and then widens one of the incisions to accomplish a wedge biopsy of the liver. I'm thinking 47562 / 47100-52.
Thoughts? Comments?
