Wiki Lap Band Adjustments

I am in desparate need of some coding guidance for the Lap Band adjustments and cant seem to find anyone to help me, is there anyone out there that could help me or send me in the right direction?...we continually get denials for the adjustmenst/fills...I have tried billing this all different ways and nothing works!!...any help would be greatly appreciated.

We have had luck billing most carriers with S2083 and dx V53.51. For medicare and a couple other carriers we bill 43999 dx V53.51 and in box 19 add ADJUSTMENT FOR GASTRIC RESTRICTIVE DEVICE and notes if carriers requires per the policy. Hope it helps
