how should I code a minimally invasive bilateral lumbar decompression done through a metrx tube when only a hemilaminotomy was performed-this particular case had no mention of foraminotomy or discectomy. the surgical site was only viewed through the tube and not through an incision. Very confused about direct versus indirect visualization!
