Bilateral T9, 10, 11 laminectomy w/laminoplasty. Intradural spinal cord de-tethering T10-11. Reconstruction of posterior thoracic elements T9-10-11. Doctor coded as 63200 & 63295...63200 is for lumbar. Does anyone know which code to use for de-tethering thoracic?
