Patient is sent to a breast feeding consult because of her current medication (taking as prescribed)may possibly be harmful to the baby when the child starts to breast feed. Since the child is not born yet I couldn't use V24.1-supervision of lactation. Someone suggested to use 760.79 - noxious influences affecting fetus or newborn via placenta or breast milk; Other toxic substance NEC. I am not sure if this will work either since they do not know if it will be harmful to the child. Any suggestions would be awesome.
