Wiki Laceration Repair With Vein Ligation

Patient has a laceration of forearm that had to be repaired. The vein had to be ligated using multiple passes of a 3-0 vicryl suture, following that the skin was reapproximated with 13 two-point 0 nylon sutures. I am stuck on whether this is a simple or intermediate repair.
