Wiki Labs Billable in a Nursing Facility??

We have a residential facility that uses the nursing facility code sets for our professional services (99304-99310.)

Some of our payers will pay for the labs when billed with these codes and others will not.

Any help on if they supposed to be covered and how to bill them would be GREATLY appreciated!
