Wiki Lab billing to where sample is taken.

PLEASE help!!
I work for a genetic lab. If a patient's sample is taken in florida, but Has a BCBS Pennsylvania insurance for example, do I bill to my local or where the sample was taken.

BCBS woes

hi, here in Minnesota we bill our local BCBS of MN for Out of State BCBS claims, I can only believe that you would do the same.
