Has anyone heard that you are not supposed to bill for L3000 (Foot, insert, removable, molded to patient model, 'ucb' type, berkeley shell, each) to DME without supplying the boot or shoe?
Do other Podiatrist bill this code alone?

we bill this code all the time; we bill it with a specific dx M72.2
