Hi all,

1. Arthroscopy plica excision/synovectomy/fat pad debridement (29875 all same region)
2. Open debridement of patellar tendinosis, proximal patellar tendon (27599)
3. Closure of the patellar paratenon Bundle w/ unlisted

DX: Synovitis/Hoffa'fat pad/Plica
Patellar tendinosis

This one is confusing me a bit…..seems to be all same region and bill just 27599 (open) and bundle the rest?
