Our patient had a recurrent Baker's cyst s/p knee replacement 2 yrs ago. Operative procedure was: synovectomy (anteriorly, medially, laterally), aspiration for cell count and culture, decompression of Baker's cyst and synovial biopsy.

I see 29876... but what about the rest? HELP !!!
