Wiki Knee arthroscopic procedure ?

I am coding the professional side on a knee arthroscopic procedure.
These procedures were completed as listed below; are my codes correct?

Debridment of scar and osteophyte in the inferior & medial aspect of trochlea of patellofemoral joint with microfracture 29879-RT
A lateral compartment debridment 29881-51,RT
medial and lateral femoral condyle adhesions were shaved G0289 x2

29879, 29881 (lateral), G0289 ONLY ONCE for (medial)...
If chondroplasty (G0289) was done in the same compartment of the meniscectomy (29881) then you can only bill for the 29881.
