Hello all I have a question regarding these modifiers. I have a provider that is billing for a BOTOX injection with 40 units administered and 160 units wasted. Is the correct way to bill this service J0585 x40 units JZ, J0585 x160 JW??

The JZ modifier is not needed in this case, since you did not administer the whole vial. I would bill it as J0585 x40, J0585-JW x160.

If you had administered the whole vial, you would bill it as J0585-JZ x200.
