We are struggling with Amerihealth Caritas and billing for our J codes since January (the only MA program we par with). Specifically, J3301 and J0702. I am wondering if someone would be willing to share how they are billing them to that carrier. We use J3301 ? 40mg/ml and J0702 6mg/ml. I know it has something to do with how we are reporting the dosage/NDC quantity and the Medicaid Drug Rebate Program. The carrier is no help. Is anyone having any success getting paid by the Medical Assistance carriers in PA for drug codes? If so can you please share exactly how you are billing so we can copy that form. Thanks!
