Would appreciate any feedback on proper coding of IV Infusion of Cefepime with nebulized tobramycin at the same time being done in outpatient setting. Not sure if we can charge separately for the nebulized tobramycin. The nurse prepares the nebulizer and patient administers if that is the proper verbage.
