Help Please

I know there are several post out there regarding this topic but still as clear as mud after I have looked at all of them also reviewed CPT.

A patient comes into the office for nausea/vomiting and IV is started for hydration the code reported is 96360.

Morphine and Phenergan are given via IV line

What is the proper way to bill for this.

depends on the documentation...if the morphine and phen are given at the same time as the hydration then you can only code the 96374/96375 and not the hydration. And, 96375 can only be used if the two meds weren't given together at same times..what are your start/stop times for all of the above in your documentation...
